David and Leonore Dvorkin Dear Mr. and Mrs. Dvorkin: Thank you for your letter dated May 27 2004. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy The Barber of Seville as so many others did. We do not believe we misrepresented the quality of our performance. All ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We are sorry to hear that you will not be joining us for future performances. We are well aware that while many people did enjoy our production of The Barber of Seville, others did not. We feel that the enclosed article by Marc Shulgold of the Rocky Mountain News fairly represents both sides of the debate. While it is quite clear from your letter that you do not agree with the choices made by our artistic leadership, we at least hope this article helps to explain their point of view. Sincerely,
