Inc. is the standard written abbreviation for Incorporated. If you are speaking it aloud, use the complete word. Don't say ink. Ink is what's inside a pen.
After all, you do not write the title Mr. and then pronounce it mur, to rhyme with fur. You say the whole word, mister. Likewise, you write Ltd. but say Limited. So why this absurd trend toward saying Ink for incorporated? Stop, we say, stop now! Incorporated is a beautiful word in its entirety. Why reduce it to a monosyllabic nubbin?
Those who ignore this royal command will be locked in a room for a week with an inane companion who will keep repeating, "But it's pronounced Chumley!" and giggling loudly.
